Endcleaning will be added only for weekly bookings and will be charged on the day of arrival together with the deposite in cash.
Water rates are included in the rental payment. Gas and electricity usage will be calculated at the end of stay. There is a high chair and travel cot free of charge available. Please ask the key holder on arrival.
Bed linen and tea towels are available free of charge.
Arrival/ departure: Persons renting are asked not to arrive before 4 pm and on departure days before 10 am. This allows a thorough clean to be made of the property. It is necessary to contact the owner near to the commencement of the holiday to state a time of expected arrival on the due date. Please make sure that we have your mobile telephone number so that we can be in contact on the day of arrival.
On arrival a security deposit of £200 is required for possible breakages etc. and if nobody has smoked inside the apartment. This is refunded on departure.
On booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

Endreinigung kostet £40 nur fuer Wochenbuchungen und wird am Anreisetag zusammen mit der Kaution erhoben.
Wasser ist im Wochenpreis der Ferienwohnung enthalten. Gas und Strom wird separat berechnet. Auf Wunsch können Ihnen ein Reisebett, ein Hochstuhl und eine Wickelunterlage kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche sind frei erhältlich.
Anreise/ Abreise: Wir bitten unsere Gäste nicht vor 16 Uhr anzureisen und bis 10 Uhr das Apartment zu verlassen (soweit nicht anders verabredet). Diese Zeitspanne brauchen wir um das Apartment sauber und gründlich vorzubereiten. Wir bitten alle Gäste uns die geschätzte Anreisezeit vor Anreisetag mitzuteilen. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, uns Ihre Mobiltelefonnummer (falls vorhanden) an zu geben. Damit können wir am Anreisetag in Verbindung sein.
Eine Kaution von €200,00 wird am Anreisetag erhoben.
Wir erheben bei Buchung eine 50%ige Teilzahlung in Euro. Für diese Teilzahlung entspricht der jeweilige Umrechnungskurs von Pfund in Euro dem Rechnungstag. 8 Wochen vor Anreisetag erheben wir die Restzahlung. Sie können diese Beträge auf unser Konto in Deutschland einzahlen. Damit sparen Sie die EU Überweisungskosten. Bitte beachten Sie das bei einer Eu Überweisung Bankkosten anfallen!
