What our guests say

The apartment was spotless, and the host was exceptional, with truly excellent communication. The little touches were much appreciated; the lights and heating were on when we arrived on a cold January day. We traveled with our one-year-old son, and all our requests for him were taken into account. The location was amazing, close to Broadstairs, Margate, and Ramsgate, with cycling and walking paths along the coast. There was also plenty of information in the apartment with suggestions for activities in the area. The apartment overlooks Kingsgate Beach with stunning views. We will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the walks and the sea. Many thanks to Simone and family for hosting us!

The beach is absolutely beautiful – the view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is perfect for a peaceful beach holiday and at the same time just a short drive to Margate/Broadstairs. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, ideal for our family of four, and provides everything you could possibly need, including kitchen cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, etc., a smart TV, parking right outside the door – they really thought of everything.

The host was very friendly and welcoming while still giving us our private space. She also helped us right away when we had a request. The accommodation was large, spacious, and well-equipped with beautiful furniture and décor. It was also very clean, and we were provided with towels and bed linen. The bed was wonderful, and there was a large mirror in one of the bedrooms as well as plenty of shelf and cupboard space in both bathrooms. The location was excellent, with the beach right on the doorstep and a pub serving good, reasonably priced food just a short walk from the property. A great place for hiking and a good base for visiting Broadstairs and the surrounding towns.
